Dyslexia Assessment (face to face)
Price £525 (Age 7 to adult)
During an assessment, a series of tests will be carried out to confirm whether an individual has dyslexia or not. A Dyslexia Assessment is the only way to formally diagnose dyslexia. The assessment takes around 2 and a half hours to complete. The formal assessments will explore an individual's:
Underlying General Ability
Spelling, Reading, Writing, Numeracy
Working Memory, Speed of Processing
Phonological Awareness
A dyslexia assessment report will follow and this will provide a clearer picture of one’s strengths and challenges. The report will provide recommendations for support at home and also for School/College or University.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking and the remaining fee is due 24 hours before the day of the assessment.
Remote/Online Dyslexia Assessment
Price £525 (Age 13+)
Please see above but the assessment will take place online.
For a remote assessment, you will need a computer with a large screen (15" minimum), webcam, and microphone as well as good internet connectivity.
A pen, paper, and a quiet room is also essential. Teenagers will need an adult available to help them to set up the assessment online.
A remote assessment takes around 2 and a half hours to complete and this is usually split into two sessions online.
